Introduction
Six Sigma Black Belt training aims to provide practitioners with deeper insight to relevant tools and concepts for applications in six sigma projects using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model. 20 Hours of contact training with professional slide shows and discussion including examples from real world pertaining to application of Six Sigma DMAIC break through strategy.
