Six Sigma Green Belt training

Introduction
Six Sigma Green Belt training aims to provide participants with enhanced problem-solving skills. The emphasis is on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) model. The trainee, after this course, can serve as a trained team member within his or her function-specific area of the organization and do projects requiring less than a Black Belt’s full-time commitment to Six Sigma throughout the organization.

Six Sigma problem solving approach is broad based in its application and includes healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, or any other type of service or product based industry.
Six Sigma Green Belt Training is ideal for anyone looking to get the most out of their career. The Six Sigma Green Belt practitioners that spend approximately one fourth of their time on Six Sigma projects of their own or in support of Black Belt projects.
Six Sigma Green belt has two primary tasks: first, to help successfully deploy Six Sigma techniques, and second, to lead small-scale improvement projects within their respective areas.

Learning Objective
During training real life examples are used to help students  use many of the Six Sigma problem-solving methods and statistical tools to contribute to the success of their organization
Objective of the course is to help Students in learning  to apply statistical methods for business process improvements like:

    * Selecting successful Six Sigma projects and project teams
    * Applying the DMAIC improvement process
    * Selecting the right statistical tools
    * Integrating with Lean Manufacturing, TOC, & other improvement methods, if required
    * Planning and executing projects
    * Significantly increasing profitability through Six Sigma projects
    * Communicating improvements across the organization

Duration
15 Hours of contact training with professional slide shows and discussion including examples from real world pertaining to application of Six Sigma DMAIC break through strategy.

Sessions
Three sessions of 4 hours each as per following details

    * 1st Session:

       Overview  of Six Sigma including DMAIC and DFSS , Ideas and Data Gathering Tools +  Dilation on Define and  Measure Phases

    * 2nd Session:
      Presentation and  discussion on  Analyze and Improvement Phases

    * 3rd Session:
      Coverage of Control Phase + Review
