- This updated ECO is the most radical change to the exam in more than twenty years. It changes the test domains from the five process groups of Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing to three completely different domains titled People, Process, and Business Environment.
- The PMP® exam duration is of 230 Minutes with two 10 minutes breaks.
- PMP® exam has 180 Questions with following distribution:
- People domain– 42% or 84 questions.
- Process domain-50% or 100 questions.
- Business Environment domain- 8% or 16 questions.
- Questions are a combination of multiple-choice, multiple responses, matching, hotspot and limited fill in the blank.
- CONSAK PMP® training is based on five lessons where each lesson has multiple Each topic addresses various Enablers from the Exam Content Outline (ECO). The Enablers are supported with Deliverables and Tools.
- The five lessons in this course are intended to be presented in a total of 35 hours of instruction as per following time distribution:
- Lesson 1 (7 topics): 8 hours.
- Lesson 2 (9 topics): 10 hours.
- Lesson 3 (8 topics): 7 hours.
- Lesson 4 (7 topics): 6.5 hours.
- Lesson 5 (5 topics): 3.5 hours.

- Determine project team member requirements, appraise team skills, and maintain team knowledge transfer. (ECO Tasks 1.2, 1.6).

This course ware is not directly available to students for purchase from PMI but has to be arranged for each student by CONSAK, as a Premier PMI ATP, through exclusive Logical Operations services.
